Help Me...I Can't Breathe!
We are just out of control here at Hi-Life Cafe! This was the busiest October weekend in our 11 year history. (That is why you still don't have those party pix...stay tuned for those.) We have ordered our Hi-Life Cafe "It's Not Crap On A Plate!" tee shirts and will let you know when they are in and can be ordered. Hopefully we can get Bravo to sell them on their web site as well. If you are around, stop by Wednesday night for Top Chef Party #2. This week's theme is White Hot Wednesday and we are asking everyone to wear white. As Gary is posting, I will too. Happy to see the blog up and running. Very odd seeing someone you know on a reality show. We were not happy to see Carlos on the chopping block (Stephanie was fuming, all beware an angry Stephanie), but definitely will be getting an Its not Crap on a Plate t-shirt. Hilarious.
We definitely will make it to one of the parties, but not this week though.
Hi from snowbirds Susanne and Marty Ellman - your restaurant has been our "go to" place for years and imagine our surprise and delight when we happened onto "top chef" and found Carlos!!! Congratulaltions - we already know how good your food is! We'll look forward to joining you in mid-Nov.
